For this project we had several challenges. First was to create the building which corresponds to historic building aesthetics in the area at the same time it should clearly state its contemporary values. The second challenge to balance economically effective and aesthetically expressive solutions. And third to smooth out the contradiction between small town’s subtle scale and necessity to make maximum use of the land plot as well as to match somehow to existing massive soviet time building.
